RETURNS, EXCHANGES, SHIPPING
We guarantee you will be receiving, in a timely manner, quality merchandise at a very reasonable price. Once we have received payment for your purchase, your item(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If you are local to the Doniphan area your purchases will be available for pickup at our Doniphan location (201 Locust Street).
First and foremost if you should happen to receive an item that is defective from the factory or if you have received the wrong item sent to you in error you must contact us within 3 days of our tracking having shown delivered. We ask that you include pictures of the defect. The item must be unworn, in it’s original condition, with all original tags still attached. We will take care of and replace the defective or incorrect item in a timely manner.
We do realize orders submitted online sometimes can be a estimate when it comes to sizing so we have tried to provide you with a customer friendly return policy. Please read our policy completely and carefully to ensure your return goes quickly and smoothly. We require notification of a return within 3 days of your receipt of the item or our tracking having shown delivered, and we require receipt of your returned item within 14 days. An online or in store credit only is allowed for any items purchased from our online store that are NOT Sale or Clearance items, as long as the items are returned unworn, in their original shipping condition, with original tags still attached. If any items are returned in a used condition or with the tags removed, we will be unable to process the return and an online store credit will not be issued. If you desire to have that item returned to you, we will be happy to do so only at your expense otherwise that item will be donated to a local church or mission. We are not able to offer exchanges nor are we able to guarantee specific styles or sizes will be in stock. If a specific style or size is in stock, we cannot place a hold on that item. If shopping online, an online store credit will be issued to you within 14 days, along with instructions on how to use your credit, and you will have 60 days to use your credit online before it expires. Once expired we will not be able to reinstate or refund your credit so you should use it as soon as it is convenient for you. No cash refunds of any kind will be issued at any time, only online store credits. Please be aware that all FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE items are, indeed, final and refunds are not available for those items. Once your order has been placed, and we have received your payment, we will not able to cancel, alter, or refund it for any reason. If a sales or discount code is to be used it MUST be entered before completing your checkout as it cannot be added to your order after the order has been submitted.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are local to our area please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, all returns must be completed within 7 days. As long as the item has not been worn and the tags remain attached you may make an exchange or receive a store credit.
ALL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No Exchanges/Returns.
We cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost are damaged during shipment so we suggest you purchase tracking/insurance on your return package. Processing returned items may take up to 10 days once we have received your return. Please keep in mind any return made without the original tags still attached, the item has been worn, a sale/clearance item, or a purchased item that is beyond our return policy time frame cannot be accepted, and if you desire to have an item returned back to you will be responsible for the return shipping and you will receive an invoice to pay return shipping back to you.

Notification of return should be made within 3 days of your receipt of the item.

If any return paper work is included with your package, please completely fill out such paperwork and include it with your return. Keep in mind all Final Sales/Clearance items cannot be returned.

Returned items must be received by us within 14 days, so your return should be sent back as soon as possible to ensure receipt by us within the allotted amount of time.

Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. The only exception is factory damaged items or items sent to you in error.
